More self promotion:, I am a Buddhist (no kidding) and have written a novel in which the Wizard Merlin, of King Arthur fame, is a Buddhist who was taken to Europe as a slave with the Huns. It won first prize in for Fantasy/Science Fiction at the 2006 Philadelphia Writers Conference. It has been accepted into the on-line novel contest at Gather.com. I am looking for people who will read and rank the first chapter which is posted at:, http://www.gather.com/, viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474976892063, There is very little Buddhist fiction currently on the market. This is my first novel and I am trying to make it available to the public with the hope that a publisher will see it I have also tried to make this novel true to the Practice, and although there is some violence, I have made it unpleasant.
